   Waited close to 45 mins to even speak to a member of staff, 7 people have walked away whilst I have been waiting. The staff are clearly working hard, but seem completely overwhelmed and frustrated. They are constantly apologising to customers as they are getting impatient with the long wait. I requested my prescription 3 weeks ago and have received no text message to state it's ready. Something is clearly wrong and needs to be fixed asap. I will be moving my family and I to a different pharmacy as cannot afford to wait so long for essential medication
