Rude staff and terrible service - no-one seems to consider the customer. First visit to collect regular prescription, pharmacy close due to pharmacist not turning up. Second visit, one item not available. I was told it would be available next working day. Third visit after waiting two working day to make sure it was ready. No one serving, some one noticed me but didn't come to help me and when she did come didn't apologise but said she was packing an order. Item was not ready asked to wait 10 minutes, after 25 minutes I asked if it was ready and, after checking, no one had told the pharmacist that I was waiting. I traveled a long way to the surgery. No one said sorry. Staff need training, I was in retail and every one knew that if a customer was waiting you should stop whatever you were doing and go to help them

I have been going here regularly as I have a newborn baby that needs specific medication, also medication for myself. The staff have been very unhelpful, handed me back my prescriptions, told me to go elsewhere, told me to get a new prescription from the doctor, once I went in and I was told it’s shut because the pharmacist hasn’t turned up! I also ordered my prescription one week ago, went in 3 days later to be told it’s not arrived yet, turned up 4 days later to be told to go elsewhere they haven’t had it in for months. Really disappointed

I have had several issues with collection of perceptions.the latest being I ordered 6 items on line had a text to say that my perception was ready, on arrival I was only given 2 items, when i questioned why only 2 and not 6 they said that there was a system problem, what utter rubbish, the time's i have been in the pharmacy and people have to listen to such aragance from the staff and I have had it to,your staff need training in being polite.

Rude staff, did not have item in stock, other pharmacies have substituted on occasions like this when there is a national shortage of a medication, but insisted that they have to call the doctor to change the prescription. This necessitated a disabled person not only not getting their medication and as I do not have a car , having to walk here again. Appalling attitude, inefficient service, wasting doctors time and mine. Unfortunately only pharmacy in town at moment but advise against using if you can help it.

wait one week for repeat prescription thats Friday told come back Tuesday go back to only get one part three to follow told may be by the end of the week this is to get tablets not anything special bring back old owners

on friday 17th i went to the chemist, handed my prescription to the girl and was told it would be half an hour till it was ready, so after one hour and 15 minutes of waiting i left with out my medication if there was another chemist locally i would use it instead of this one.
