    Ordered on System Online on Friday. Always takes 4 days to pick up as doctors don't update over the weekend. Got confirmation from Well, prescription received. 5 days later I missed a private vehicle delivering the prescription but it arrived by post Saturday. This suits me better than going to the pharmacy as it's always busy and prescription is rarely made up. Disability means I can't stand for long, so this option, pain free and efficient. Might not suit everyone if they don't order their prescriptions in advance. I'll be sticking to it though. Thanks

    Joined ad cancelled on the same day very unimpressed with the wed site. Month later we have your prescription!!!cancelled again ask for confirmation non forthcoming. Tried to complain no response complained again no response. Would not use this company

    I ordered my prescription on the 27/09… I ordered my prescription on the 27/09 I rang on the 6/10 to see if it was ready to be told they didn’t have my prescription by a very rude female I contacted my doctors that sent them on the 30/10 and 2/10 when I rang back another lady answered who found it and I told her which shakes I wanted as they were still not ready and told her I would collect them Thursday I went in Thursday to collect only to find out one of them was not ready and to go back to then get home and my thyroxine was missing I rang back today 10/10 and no one answered after 22 calls then someone put the phone off the hook until the business closes at 4pm disgusting service from this chemist they using agency staff that don’t know what they’re doing I advise people use a different pharmacy until things improve
