Visited to collect prescription at 2.25pm following text to say it was ready. Got to chemist who told me that they were closing for an hour due to being very busy on the instruction of the area manager therefore unable to hand over the medication. Manager said he was from Birmingham and following instructions. Never had a problem like this before as the usual chemist was excellent . Just not good enough bearing in mind its closed all weekend. This chemist is usually very busy and does usually provide an good service but when the main man is away it seems to collapse. Time to move to postal prescription.
