    The pharmacy cancelled my flu jab appointment on the day This is due to there no longer being a pharmacist available on my appointment date. I tried to contact the pharmacy team on 01795428214, however the line kept closing down I returned to the pharmacy in person and requested a new booking.A new booking date was confirmed and told that due to the pharmacy having no regular pharmacist that my new booking has the likelihood of being cancelled again. I do understand that there is no regular pharmacist to provide the flu jab but couldn’t this be shown on the confirmation e mail sent after my booking with a caveat or the website before people book? More importantly the cancellation was sent a few hours prior to my appointment time . People need time to plan and arrange to suit working arrangements
