    Arrived for our Covid jabs on 17th Nov after waiting about 4 weeks since booking. Then 2 days ago I got an email reminder but didn't need it as we had not forgotten. It was a 30 mile round trip for us and on a very wet day. When we got there we were told no jabs were taking place due to staff shortages. Will not use this pharmacy ever again.

  2. Review titled Try somewhere else

    After ordering a week earlier my prescription was not ready and was told to try again tomorrow. This is a regular occurrence and often not all the prescription is filled and have to return again to collect the missing items. Other customers were complaining about the same thing happening to them.

  3. Review titled Appalling service

    This pharmacy is extremely understaffed especially since they made staff redundant and replaced with temporaries. The dispensing is way out of promised dates. People are queuing out of the door trying to collect prescriptions that are frequently delayed. Don't bother trying to phone as they don't answer the phone. This morning even the pharmacist was nearly half an hour late turning up.
