Pharmacist was unhelpful. He wouldn’t listen when we tried to explain that a medicine is available for over 6 year olds (as per medicine guidelines). He stated in his experience he had never seen it rather than checking the clinical practice guidelines. We left and went to another pharmacy where the pharmacist was happy to discuss symptoms, actions and treatment.
