This is my personal, direct experience on 21 January 2025. I walked into the pharmacy to collect a prescription. There was no queue - fantastic! As I get to the counter there were 4 staff in view, as its open plan. Some may have been working, some may have been chatting. All of them looked up and noticed me. Every single one of them then looked away without acknowledging me. I then waited 3 to 5 minutes for someone to deign to come to the front desk and serve me. If they're all busy then fair enough - but they need to acknowledge their customers. All it takes is a "hiya, with you in a minute". But it never, ever happens, which makes me think its deliberate and some sort of policy

can take 10 days to get prescription,been twice to pick prescription up to be told still not done.How they were able to open in the same building as the Doctors is a joke.
