I recently visited this pharmacy, and unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience. While there was one lady with a scarf who was petite and very confident, she was doing her best to manage the front desk and assist patients, and she was quite good. However, the overall organization of the pharmacy left much to be desired. The staff seemed disorganized, with long wait times that were simply ridiculous. Medications were often not available when I needed them, and even when I was told they were in stock, they couldn’t be found, causing further delays. On one occasion, I was told to come back, but when I returned, the staff had no idea why I was told to do so. More concerning was a recent situation where a family member, who is not listed as an emergency contact or next of kin, was contacted by the pharmacy regarding my medication. They also tried to reach out to me through this family member to obtain information about my medication. This felt like a serious breach of privacy and a potential GDPR violation, as personal health information should only be shared with individuals authorized to receive it. While the pharmacy is not entirely bad, the lack of professionalism, poor organization, and privacy concerns need to be addressed. I hope they can improve their practices to better serve their customers and respect confidentiality.

I order my medication at the gp all the time and when ever I ring them up there never answer the phone and when ever you tell tell them to deliver my medication there never do it and you can’t get them on the fone it’s getting worst than ever now could never get your medication on time sometimes got to go to pick it up when it soppose to be deliver bad service
