I requested for a repeat prescription and was approved on the same day and ready for collection in three days. The staff were welcoming when I arrived to pick up the medicine. They were polite. The pharmacy building is quite small and the staff behind the counter hardly have space to move. Inside clients have 4 seats and most have to wait outside the door for their turn to collect their medicine. Not a deal breaker because everyone is cooperative and the great staff make up for any shortcomings in space. Nice atmosphere. I feel extremely fortunate to belong to the community around Cathedral Medical.

Very fast service, friendly staff and love the text service. Used to get my medication delivered but prefer Wellbeing pharmacy face to face service. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use

Went to collect my much needed medication at 1 pm today (Sunday) it was closed! Have just tried again 3:15 pm, it was still! Should not advertise as open when they aren't! .... Update .. 6:45 pm, just tried again.... Still closed! Cars pulling in and out each time we have been, it's outrageous!

A very good pharmacy, from ordering medication from Doctors to collection three days. Staff very polite and helpful, always helpful if need information on medication. I had flu and covid injections there, well organised and informative

The person who answered my query was patient and. helpful. I was able to order my repeat prescription with ease and received a text the next day telling me it was ready to be collected. Thank you.

Always sent an email when or message when meds are ready very grateful for this thank you.... ordering easy to do also and sometimes items ready by the next working day a brilliant service all round thanks to two wonderful teams.
