The staff are always extremely pleasant. Prescription pick up always on time. I bought a bottle of Metatone tonic for my husband but unfortunately it dropped out of the box and smashed on the floor, cutting my finger. I phoned them up to explain and without hesitation they said they would replace. When I went to pick up the young lady I spoke with was more concerned about my finger.

I took my 8year old daughter her as the doctors had no appointments so she was sent as a referral because they are able to prescribe antibiotics. Upon being consulted my daughter wasn't even checked over I was just told it was a viral infection based on symptoms I had described the given cough medicine. I was then called back later to talk about the referral but I had already been in so said this and that I was going for a second opinion. I went to the walk in centre where my daughter was checked over to find out she has fluid on her lungs and needed antibiotics. I wouldn't ever go here again or trust them with anything.

Very pleasant staff. Prescription medication always ready on time. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.
