I went to pick up my husbands prescription and was asked if I had had my flu or Covid jab which I hadn't. I was offered a flu jab on the spot and an appointment for my Covid jab was set up. All the staff were really helpful and friendly.

This practice offers a very good service, sending a text message when prescription is ready for collection. All the staff are very pleasant, respectful and efficient and the pharmacist is always available to give further advice if necessary.

Staff always polite, helpful and cheerful. Pharmacist(s) will provide helpful advice and information when asked; especially when our GP isn't available to talk to. The 'delivery service' for medication is incredible, and so helpful when we can't get there ourselves, and staff do their utmost to provide and excellent service all round. Wouldn't want to go to anywhere else now. Thank you so much, it's really appreciated.

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful. I attended today for my flu vaccination, as it was easier to organise than trying to see my GP. The appointment was punctual and the vaccination was given efficiently. I would recommend this pharmacy to other people.

Having recently moved to Nottingham, it has been heartwarming to receive such proactive service from West Point Pharmacy. It is very clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I have every confidence in the service they give and I am very grateful to them.

truly lovely staff always with a smile ready to help the lady with the blond hair is super lovely she has time to make you feel at ease and to help you with any problems the pharmacy is lovely the follow up calls about your meds are a great help just checking everything is ok as getting to see a doctor now days is not easy so i would highly recommend this place they work hard and it shows so weldone to you all keep up the fab work and Thankyou

West Point Pharmacy were offering quick and easy BP checks when I picked up my repeat prescription. This was so convenient as my GP Practice were not offering routine BP checks. I booked in with the pharmacist he was so accommodating and fitted around my work commitments. Although the pharmacist made me feel at ease my BP count was much higher than it should be so I was offered a 24 hour overnight observation he explained that that this would give a more accurate reading of my health. Glad to say the results were very positive and I was given a print out to take away the pharmacist even sent an electronic copy to my GP. This was so handy as my GP practice were not offering any routine appointments and asked me to either buy a monitor or lend one. What a great service and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention the pharmacist at West Point offered would definitely recommend!
