Although invariably busy, the pharmacy staff are always ready to help and give advice, and even follow up by a phone call to assist if a new medicine has been prescribed. I consider that we are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff complementing the local surgery to provide such a good service. I have always been treated as a person and not just as a "customer".

I would like to thank all the staff at Westpoint pharmacy they provide an excellent service always polite and attentive. They will advise when and how to take medication and follow up on any side effects

I was offered a free 24hour blood pressure check whilst collecting my repeat prescription and very pleased that I did it. I was already on medicine for my blood pressure and thought everything was fine but the results showed that my blood pressure was higher than normal. I passed the results to my doctor and now have been given additional medicine. I'm not a person who checks this at home but if I hadn't done this I wouldn't have known.

Westpoint happens to be my local pharmacy. The pharmacists & staff are efficient as well as friendly they always have time for you. I had to change my medication they even rang me after a couple of weeks just to be sure I was happy with the new meds & there was no adverse side effects. Thank you Westpoint pharmacy

Always very impressed with the service I receive at this chemist. The pharmacist is pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. Today some of my medication was heavy and it was carried to my car. I thoroughly recommend this business.

I would like to thank all the staff at West Point pharmacy for all their excellent care and advice regarding my medication. Everyone of the staff was most polite and very informative and put me at ease and even phoned me to make sure all medication I received had no I’ll effects on my condition. I hope the staff receive this review because I have the utmost praise for them all and can’t thank them enough for their professionalism , care and service and let them know they are really appreciated. I have used this pharmacy since it opened. On 8th December 2022, I was given a blood pressure test on the premises, which was found to be dangerously high. I was given sound advice and had immediate attention. I've received excellent service, help and support ever since.
