Called in to see pharmacist for a consultation about a health concern. He was most helpful and knowledgeable. He promptly prescribed appropriate medication. Highly professional service. Well done.

Attended West Point Pharmacy to collect Prescription, took advantage of the offer to have a Blood Pressure Check. Carried out within a few minutes in privacy by the Pharmacist who impressed me with his professional and reassuring manner.

I called in to collect a prescription and ask some advice on an infected insect bite. The service I received was friendly and efficient and I would be more than happy to recommend.

Recently had problems getting items on my prescription due to availability the pharmacist was really helpful he contacted the surgery on my behalf and managed to change the prescription really helpful. Definitely recommend.

I initially visited this pharmacy looking for advice on how to manage my medical condition. I was greeted with a smile and the staff were very welcoming. I had a consultation with the best dressed pharmacist I've ever seen and he was very, professional, polite and he took his time to listen. I did not feel rushed. All my questions were answered in detail. After this experience I decided to join this pharmacy and all my family members are now using West Point. I highly recommend using this pharmacy. They always go above and beyond.

I called in and spoke to the Pharmacist. I wanted advice about blocked sinuses. After consultation he advised antibiotics. Approximately 10 mins later I had my medications. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The Pharmacist answered my questions concisely and with full explanations, which I understood. He took my blood pressure 3 times to ensure he had an accurate reading, and explained why. He answered my query about a skin condition and advised me what to do.

Pharmacist was so helpful waited all day for doctor to get back to me after sending pictures of problem. Still no diagnosis given but the pharmacist got it straight away. will always be my first port of call in the future. Many Thanks

Recently had to change my blood pressure medication. I was given advice by the pharmacist as to the best time to take this medication and found this to be ideal. I have had no problems at all. The pharmacist also did a courtesy follow up check to ensure there were no problems. I use this pharmacy regularly as my husband has multiple medications. I have always found all the staff so helpful, polite but also very welcoming.
