Why is it I have to give 3 working days before picking up my prescription, indeed I have left it for 5 days previously, and then have to wait up to 30 minutes for it to be dispensed. Too much time is spent by staff blanking customers. This pharmacy needs a complete review of it's practices.

After calling in to pick up a prescription I waited patiently in-line with only one other person in there for at least 15 minutes to be served to then be totally blanked while one of the staff served a lady that had just walked in. I then walked out as I had to get back to work. Not happy
