I would like to just take my time in leaving a review to this specific pharmacy because if I tell you how much I enjoy going into this pharmacy you won't believe me! every time I go to this pharmacy I am greeted amazingly, respected, and there is also a family feeling within the pharmacy, I would honestly work in this pharmacy if I could with my eyes closed! I honestly would. as I've mentioned everyone in the pharmacy is excellent not just a single person but everyone is amazing and positive! they always manage to get my prescription on time and if I have any questions regarding the medication I take they are always willing to help and answer my questions. I am so proud because I can genuinely leave a good review like this. Amazing staff.

You won’t get the same service anymore else. This pharmacy is great. This is how all pharmacy should be like. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I feel that the Whitakers are always extremely helpful and polite. Staff are all very friendly and professional. I never have a problem with getting my medication. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs and requirements. I would highly recommend! :)

I was in the pharmacy today and as always I was greeted with a smile, everybody there are great people to talk to so friendly and helpful every time I go in for my prescription, they are warm and respectful and I admire their professional approach to everything they do and say, always a positive experiance.

Use this pharmacy as designated chemist to support local chemist. A prescription was sent through from, my GP, to this pharmacy for my child. Collected medication for my child from this pharmacy. On the label it stated that the medication had to be taken for 6 months on a daily basis, but there where only 28 tablets supplied. Called to clarify the ambiguous information on medication pot (would I need to break up the tablets?!) In first instance was informed by staff that 28 tablets where only prescribed and to take it up with GP. Asked the member of staff to check the prescription, as the information communicated to them was from a label printed by this pharmacy. Also stated that all scripts from our doctors goes direct to them, so was not aware of the length of time the medication was prescribed for. Staff member at the pharmacy felt the need to laugh when they took my child's name. Very unprofessional and lack of basic manners. Then was told that the medication given was one of six parts. No one informed me of this when picking up the medication or what the next steps were! Poor communication due to number of assumptions made by this pharmacy. Disappointed with the blame culture on customer. Staff member was rude and lacked customer service level needed in this situation. If instructions from the GP are unclear, the pharmacy has a duty of care to clarify this and informing the customer; instead of prescribing a medication with a label that is vague! Also if a medication is prescribed for the first time, the pharmacist usually goes through information with the patient. This was not done either. If the medication was one of six parts the customer needs to be informed upon receipt of medication.
