    I waited 25min for my prescription, I was the only person in the chemist initially. I ordered 7 days previously. At no point were they able to say we have had a problem can you take a seat or come back later. No sorry shouting across the room did you get this or that. I did eventually get my script which was correct I asked what was the delay, no problem. I pointed out that they had only just made up the script which was ordered 7 days ago. System down. No apology no sorry nothing. 4 members of staff worked there not one person , yet if I was an addict coming for my methadone they get served first no matter what que is, and have a hello and goodbye. If I treated my clients like this, working in NHS I am sure I would be counselled by my boss.

    Only chemist in Blackpool that had my medication in stock, decided to stay, staff are lovely Keep up the fantastic work you all do

    They do not answer the phone and there are no contact details on the website. I have tried to get a prescription delivered but despite staying in all day I was amazed to get a text saying they had tried to deliver it but I was not in. The text has a link to rebook but when used said there was no link to the sever. I have tried ringing at lease 10 times and it just rings out. How am I supposed to get my prescription

I am aware the team have had severe IT issues over the past few days, these are now resolved but I have checked both our website and the NHS website entry for the pharmacy and both do have the telephone number available. https://thehubpharmacy.com/whitegate-health-centre-pharmacy It may be worth a double check that you have contacted the right pharmacy, and that the text you have received is a genuine text from another pharmacy and not a scam as the pharmacy do not send texts for missed deliveries with links to rebook.     Visited the pharmacy twice over the weekend to get antibiotics for my baby. Both times they didn’t have any in stock, which is completely not their fault. However, the attitude and communication from the staff is extremely poor. Unwilling to give you any advice of other pharmacies, or how to help baby in the meantime, and are quite rude and abrupt. Definitely got the feeling they just wanted you out rather than wanting to help- not really demonstrating ideal values for an NHS service.

I'm sorry that they didn't show you the NHS website (www.nhs.uk) and how you can use that site to locate pharmacies that are open to support your health needs over the weekend.     With the festive season approaching I got my prescription order in on 15th Dec and today (21st), I rang to ask when it would be delivered. The conversation went as follows : pharmacy "You always get it delivered" myself "Yes but when will it arrive" pharmacy "You haven't had it yet ?" myself "No that's why I'm ringing" pharmacy "It's been done" myself "Ok then when will it be delivered" pharmacy "I'm not sure where it is but we have done it" myself "So it's been done but misplaced ?" pharmacy "Something like that ye, is tomorrow ok" myself "Hopefully it will be found for then, but yes that's fine" This pharmacy used to be spot on 100% of the time and I do appreciate that staff change and to keep a constant 100% is an impossible achievable goal, but at least keep aiming for above 50%. Sometimes they deliver within a few days other times your chasing up your prescriptions or walking down to see where they are, nothing is consistent with this pharmacy since the pandemic and I personally am getting tired of keep typing varying reviews for the place
