My surgery confirm my prescription, but when I came the pharmacist cannot find it. Then go back again with paper from surgery and the pharmacist told me that this medication for my child is unavailable. Poor staff and not reliable service. Never ever again!

Pharmacy closes at 10pm but did not let me enter at the time of 9:55pm saying they’re closed. I needed antibiotics but they decided not to serve me

I was having difficulty getting an antibiotic, having tried five local pharmacies with no luck. I rang the Wicker pharmacy and was assured they had stock of the antibiotic but it was in short supply. On visiting the Wicker, my prescription was quickly filled by the pharmacist who was pleasant and professional. Many pharmacies do not even answer the phone when you try to ring them. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the Wicker staff. The general atmosphere at the Wicker pharmacy , is one of calm industry. I observed them working hard and being polite to each other. In addition they were still wearing masks and keeping infection control measures in place. Certainly the gold standard for pharmacy practice.

This pharmacy takes ages to serve you even when virtually no one is wanting. I find the staff can be very abrupt and unhelpful. I try to avoid using it wherever possible.
