My dad had his ear wax removed here and the service was impeccable. From the girl on the counter who chatted to us, to the girl who did the service, she was fab with my dad, polite and professional and did an excellent job! all in all would recommend!

My prescription hadn't been sent through my the surgery. At 16:45 I was told I could not get an emergency dose a the doctors was still open and told I needed to call them to order the prescription again and that they will send a request also. I mentioned it has been a few days without a dose. Still no. The doctors surgery has a front end message declaring prescriptions cannot be requested over the phone. For someone with ADHD and autism this was really difficult to go through. I just waited for the next day to collect. The pharmacist should have given the emergency dose without the need for me to beg or call the doctors surgery to be told that I can't request over the phone.

Purchased last week. The medications are nearing their expiration date, so avoid purchasing them. The customer service is inadequate, showing no helpfulness or responsiveness. Additionally, the product box arrived opened and damaged. I would rate it zero stars if possible.
