Made an online order. Half the order arrived with no follow up with the pharmacy. On contacting them, they just refunded the rest of the order rather than trying to fulfil it. Bad communication, very slow service, products arrived very battered but still usable. On contacting no response was received. Would not use again.

We have used this pharmacy for over 3 years, the service is appalling. Prescription are rarely ready in time advised. Today my order was placed with my doctors exactly 1 week ago. I had to wait over 20 minutes. Another customer said he had phoned and told his prescription was ready. On arrival was told and would have to wait, he said he had a taxi waiting for him, the answer its in a qué you will need to wait. No apology offered

I have used this pharmacy for 12 months as it is at my surgery. Every time I have been I have had to wait at least 10 minutes even when only a couple in the queue. The last time I went I was 3rd in the queue with one being served already….15 minutes later got out!
