Lovely staff. A lot of younger faces than before! Very helpful and kind to me and my daughter. The staff actually acknowledged my daughter unlike other places we’ve been. Very thankful !

Have prescription on for delivery and a lot of the time it's either late and I have to ring up or we have to go and collect when the reason it is delivered is due to mobility issues. Asked us to move to weekly nomad trays as it was too expensive to do monthly and its worse always having to chase them up then ring dr's to sort out the mess

I have just been told that I am no longer allowed to have my tablets on the nomad system. According to the person on the phone it was because I only have 4 rupees of tablets. I actually have 5,but the person was not untested in talking about the missing tablets. Suddenly, when I passed the call to my carer the number needed went up to 10! They are saying this is what head office are saying due to budget cuts. If this is the case, and our friend Google isn't showing this, they are setting the priorities wrong. It should be down to if the person can manage to cope without a nomad. A person can take 10 tablets no problem and someone else couldn't cope with taking less. I have memory problems. They are messing with my health which I already struggle with. If I forget to take my nomad how am I supposed to sort out taking my meds without? Carers are not allowed to deal with medicines... As if people don't have enough to deal with as it is. Life is getting more and more unbearable.
