I'm housebound, and prescribed a number of important medications, without which my life is made very difficult. This is why I depend upon a reliable delivery service. I explained this on the telephone, and should have been understood by the nature of my medication. Yet still, the promised delivery did not appear. I was then informed the delivery was delayed because they were waiting for one item, and I explained I needed the rest, and to deliver the missing item asap. I was let down again.

4 visits in 2 days and still don't have what was prescribed despite the pharmacist advising me to come back on a specific day. When you go to collect the prescribed medication they usually have you wait for 15 minutes before telling you they are out of stock and to come back another day. When you return they give you part of your prescribed medications and tell you to come back for the rest on another day. When you return you have a 60:40 chance of completing your order after waiting about 15 minutes again. Would not recommend.
