   Never in my life have I been spoken down to like I did when I rang this pharmacy. I followed instruction on NHS app for an emergency prescription and it sent me to this pharmacy, whoever I spoke to, spoke down to me asking me why I had rang 111 as they cannot help me, and “explained how it worked” in the most passive aggressive manner so much so I couldn’t continue the conversation. All I was looking for was some help which I did not get at all, I just got lectured when following instructions via NHS app.
