You have the option to leave a recorded message for a repeat prescription, which I used twice & twice this had not been actioned when I questioned this I was told no message had been received. I now phone my repeat prescription in & this is the second month that this was not requested. I rely on my medication, as do most patients so this is totally unacceptable. Some of the receptionist are unhelpful & abrupt. Needless to say I have changed pharmacies.

I really appreciate the wide range of services . My prescription is requested for me, I get a text when it is available for collection. When I was immobile the prescription was delivered and I had a text to say that it was going to be delivered. I have had my covid vaccination here, expertly given. I had to contact the pharmacy today and was given an estimated time of when it would be ready and a text to say that it was ready for collection. Service is given politely and patiently. Just a brilliant service.

Over the last few months the hospital has been optimising my regular medication. This has involved quite a few changes and includes tablets subject to nationwide supply issues. I don't think we realise how complicated it can be for parmacists to keep their stocks relevant to our needs in a timely manner - a big thank you, particularly to the kind soul who went over and above liaising with the surgery, logic was applied the same day. Throughout the counter staff have remained cheerful, courteous and professional - approach calmly with a smile and 'thank you', they work hard!

I booked a COVID-19 and flu booster jab for my elderly mother at this pharmacy on the NHS website. Her appointment time came and went and she was eventually told she would not be getting her jabs because they had run out of time, there was only my mother and one other to do but they refused and would not offer an alternative date. In her 80s, my mother was left bewildered and disappointed but eventually made her way home. If a pharmacy offers this service and is bookable through the NHS they should have the capacity to fulfil their obligations and not turn elderly folk away, some of whom may have struggled to get there in the first place. Very poor show Witterings Pharmacy. With Two other Pharmacies in the village don't forget customers have a choice.

The assistant could not have been more helpful sorting out problems with my prescription. She was very thorough and understanding. A great service.

I have been trying to ring all morning and the same last Thursday and I am disgusted that no body answers the phone. The manager or who ever owns the place should not let this be happening.I only call out of emergency’s and if this is how they run there business and the way they let there staff carry on they should be ashamed of themselves, this used to be the best pharmacy in the village but no more as for now I will move and try one of the others and hopefully they may be better. It’s a terrible place. Even when I go in I have to wait until they find my medication and then be told can’t find it will get it delivered terrible service Tuesday o3/09

Outstanding service from my local pharmacy, staff always happy and smiley for their customers, albeit under pressure to keep everyone happy, feel as though they know all their customers personally which is lovely, also recently had an issue (my fault) as prior to going on holiday had stupidly forgotten to order specific medication and mentioned it and it was dealt with with such speed and professionalism cannot thank them enough. I would always recommend Witterings Pharmacy.

I am overly amazed with how well this pharmacy treats their patients. I needed help with my medication and the blister woman was very helpful, she went as far as chasing up a medication for me and giving me some so I wouldn’t run out whilst waiting. This pharmacy has always shown respect and care for patients. Thank you for your support and services.

My husband recently had a total knee replacement, as a result I have made several visits to the Witterings Pharmacy and have been treated with ultimate respect by all the staff members, a friendly, extremely professional and helpful group of people, nothing is too much trouble for them. Advice is given with confidence and good knowledge. Thank you all, we are so grateful for your help during a difficult time for us, we are so lucky to have you all in our village, what a service.
