I had the opportunity to experience one of the worst customer services ever again today. For several months I have been experiencing a situation where I could not get my medication on time because no one from this pharmacy asked my GP for another prescription. I confirmed this fact twice in my medical clinic. This time (today) the receptionist in my GP does not have access to the database to confirm whether anyone from the pharmacy requested a prescription. So far, despite "forgetting" about me, the staff of this pharmacy understood the need for help and offered an "emergency supply" for a few days to "fix" their mistake. It was completely different this time (29th April at around 11.00 am). A pharmacy employee is deprived of the minor elements of empathy and understanding. He seemed tired of having to work and his demeanour and body language was a combination of arrogance and ignorance which directly created the fact that I was left without medication for the next few days. Of course, I will change this pharmacy to another one, but it does not change the fact that no one in such a place should be treated as rubbish. I cannot recommend this place at all!!!
