   My query was dealt with by a female member of staff (I have her name but understand that I can't use it for this review) who was very professional, helpful & approachable. She was clear in communicating information to me. She shared information on the prepayment scheme. She sorted my medications out promptly, as well as offering & arranging delivery because I wasn't feeling well.
