   I rang up today to ask for an emergency prescription explaining that my doctor hadn't changed the dosage on my repeat prescription. As the lady went to check the system she put the phone down on the table explained what she was doing to a colleague who said 'Well she shouldn't have run out'. Obviously I shouldn't have but with me missing that the dosage hadn't been upped on the repeat by the GP, and generally not having a brain cell being 32 weeks pregnant a mistake was made. To discuss a patient when they can hear you is extremely rude and unprofessional. I am also waiting for a phonecall inviting me in for my flu jab which I signed upto in the pharmacy in September. This pharmacy used to be good, sadly its gone down hill and I for one will not be returning.
