I am very pleased with the service that i receive at Zina Pharmacy when collecting my prescription. it is always done very quickly. Thank you to all the staff in Kenley

In the last 6 months the service from Zina Chemist is very much better than it was. We felt we could give the pharmacy another chance and to date we are glad we did - We use their Delivery Service which is working very well.

They more often don't have your item in stock but don't tell you this. When you arrive they say it's out of stock and to wait indefinitely for it to come back. Happened 5 times now with different products each time a different pharmacy has stock so it's not a stock issue it's a Zina pharmacy issue. The worst bit is they don't tell you. I waited 2 weeks to collect. Called to check but couldn't get though. arrive and they knew this whole time it wasn't in stock and didn't inform me. Awful customer service. They suggested we try Tesco. So I suggest everyone else does too. Just a shame we no longer have a local useable pharmacy.
