4Sight Vision Support is a organisation that supports the needs of blind and partially sighted providing services to improve health and well-being, promote independence and prevent social isolation.

Vision Support:

• Sight Care Advisor Services at Southlands Hospital  & St Richards Hospital

• Sight Loss MOT – An assessment of needs after sight loss

• Low Vision Assessments for magnifying aids and training

• Assistive Technology advice and support

• Daily Living Aid advice, demonstration and purchase

Community Support:

• Regular drop in sessions across the county

• Social, Activity, Leisure and Special Interest Groups

• Vision support centres in Bognor Regis, Shoreham & Midhurst
