Age UK Hounslow, through its Help in Hounslow service, provides information, advice and advocacy, focusing on the needs of older people, adults with a disability, their carers and families in Hounslow. The team covers a wide range of subjects including welfare benefits, housing, legal issues, community care and residential care. It also offers a befriending scheme and a cross referral to a local bereavement support service.
