About PALS

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.

PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.

Information

It is important to us that you have an opportunity to give feedback and share your views on the care you receive. Sharing your experiences helps us to shape and improve our services across the Trust and provide the best possible patient care.

Please talk to a member of staff involved in your care in the first instance. An important part of their job is to listen to what you have to say and to try to respond to any concerns you may have.

Whether your feedback is positive or negative we would like to know. You can contact the Complaints and Patient Experience team on the details below for support.
