About

Barnsley Mental Wellbeing Service provides practical support to people in their own homes. Referrals come from Care Coordinators as part of the care programme approach, and service-users are matched up with a trained Support Worker who will help them meet the goals set out in their care plan. Respite Services enable carers to take a break while the service-user has one-to-one support. We deliver personalised support by support planning and working towards agreed goals. If you have an Individual Budget than we may be able to help you.
