Individuals in need of advice relating to community care issues and/or housing problems.

Further information

Community Care - Including challenging community care assessments, direct payments, National Assistance Act, discharge from hospital, residential care homes and mental capacity issues. Housing - Including defending rent possession proceedings, unlawful eviction, disrepair that causes a serious risk to health, help with homelessness (whether actual or threatened) court proceedings for housing related antisocial behaviour or injunctions under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Services can be accessed via the following: • an appointment based service via the main contact number • drop-in sessions 9.15am-4pm Monday-Friday (except Thursday)
