Are you looking after someone who couldn't manage without your help? If you feel cut off from the information and help you  need, stressed, isolated or overwhelmed in your caring role and live in the Redditch area, then Carers Careline aims to help you tackle all these issues and more.

We offer a range of services including a drop-in (Monday to Wednesday 10:30am-12:30pm)  information and signposting, social events and activities including carers groups, trip and outings), pro-active telephone and email  support, a counselling service and bereavement support on the loss of a loved one or friend. We offer help and support to any carer over the age of 18 years.

Referral method

Referrals accepted from all agencies and organisations as well as from carers themselves.
