About

Carers Centre SA Ltd offers a range of services to carers who care for a relative, friend or neighbour we are able to offer you information, advice and support to help you in your caring role and navigate a complex health and social care system. We offer advocacy support and carers training and information workshops e.g. dementia, end of life, and a number of monthly social peer support meetings where you can meet other carers.

We also offer a dementia and pan disability day care provision to enable carers to have a respite break.

Adult Services Information and support to carers over the age of 18. FAMILY SERVICESInformation and support for families.Young Carers Project Information, support and activities for young carers aged 8-18, living in Barking, Dagenham and Thurrock.BARKING AND DAGENHAM Face to Face Project Offers parents of children with a disability emotional support and information around the following issues: health, education, welfare benefits, support groups, information forums, leisure organisations and young carers suppport, with a range of activities and trips. BARKING AND DAGENHAM IASS PROJECTSupports parents of children and young people with Special Educational Needs, providing information and support around the assessment process, Statements, SEN and Exclusion issues.We also provide access to training and parent support groups.
