Service details
CGL Substance to Solution Northampton offers tailored support and advice to individuals who misuse alcohol or drugs. We can also refer family and friends to a specialist service, if they are affected by the alcohol or drug use of someone close to them.
Our services include:
· Access to specialist prescribing and medically assisted recovery for opiate misuse
· Support with Alcohol dependency working alongside our clinical team
· Alcohol harm minimisation with a supported reduction plan.
· Motivational interventions, goal planning and support to reach your recovery goals.
· Harm reduction information and access to needle exchange
· Advice & information about different drugs, how they work and the effects
· Access to mutual aid support with groups such as SMART Recovery
· Opportunities to volunteer, and get involved with the S2S
· Service user inclusion in service developments and changes.
· Parent & Families support with the Family Support Link
· Complimentary therapies via Bridge Substance Misuse Programme
· Pod/group sessions
· Referrals to other agencies and support networks to help build ‘recovery capital’
· Where appropriate referrals to detox and rehab.

Tuesday 9.30am – 7.45pm (NB. 5pm-7.45pm by appointment only),
Wednesday 12pm – 4.45pm
