Wize Up is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for young people aged 10-18 (including young offenders) and their families in the London Borough of Havering.

We are an experienced team of substance misuse specialists. We don’t judge and we don’t tell people what to do. We are here to listen and support you to make the positive changes you think you need. We are an outreach service, so we are more than happy to come and see you wherever is most convenient for you. We can meet you in school or college, at a local library or anywhere else you feel comfortable.
