DAZL is a community dance project for young people based in South Leeds, it was established in 2000 as a public Health initiative funded by the South Leeds PCT.

Primary Aim - To improve the mental and physical health of young women aged 8-25 years through dance activity in disadvantaged communities of South Leeds.

Secondary Aim - To improve the mental and physical health of the wider community of Leeds through dance and performing arts related activity.
