About PALS
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.
PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.
Information
The PALS service operates between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. For enquiries outside of these times a voicemail service is available. The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a confidential service for people who would like information help or who wish to comment about any aspect of the services provided at the hospital. The PALS officer provides the opportunity for you to raise in confidence any issues and comments that you have about the care and service you receive from staff. PALS help the hospital to improve its services for patients.
