About
Deaf Advice Team (CAB) provides a comprehensive city-wide Welfare Rights for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing people and their families in Sheffield. We give advice using English and British Sign Language to suit our clients communication needs.
We help with the following:
- Welfare Benefits (i.e. PIP, Income Support, etc.)
- Housing
- Employment
- Debts
- Consumer Rights
- Deaf Issues
- Relationship Issues
- Family Issues
- Tribunal Representation

Access
The Circle has full wheelchair access with three disabled parking spaces which must be booked in advance - call 0114 253 6600. Disabled visitors who have a hearing impairment can check availability by texting their request for a parking space to 07957 810608. Wheelchair accessible WC's are provided on every floor. All floors are fully accessible by means of a spacious lift and a fixed induction loop hearing system is provided in the main reception, Conference Suite and IT Suite. Portable devices are available for use in other areas of the building. To use, please book in advance.
