About
DIAL offers a free, impartial and confidential disability information, advice and advocacy service to disabled people, carers and their relatives. DIAL is unique dealing with problems relating to any disability (physical, sensory, mental health and learning difficulties) to people of any age by staff and volunteers who are disabled. People can contact us in person, by telephone, email or text for help with benefits, equipment, leisure, holidays, mobility, education, employment, etc. We operate outreach venues, a home visiting service, appeals and casework, including representation. We help clients with income maximisation, benefit applications and financial issues.

Further information
Please note that we are currently not operating outreach or home visiting due to Covid and there is no drop in allowed in the building. All visits need to be made by appointment so anybody wishing to see an adviser face to face will need to telephone or email to make an appointment first.
