About

DRUM (Disability Recreation Unity Movement) is a small registered charity based in Watford.

DRUM provides day services and support for adults with physical and/or sensory disabilities and their carers.

Daily activities include sessions in art & creative crafts, ceramics, seated yoga, seated exercise, dance, gardening, social events and days out.

The majority of DRUM members were not born disabled but have acquired a disability through accident or illness.

DRUM was started in October 1994 by a small group of disabled volunteers and continues to grow from strength to strength.
