About PALS

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.

PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.

PALS Location: From the main reception at the entrance to the Royal Free Hospital please turn left and then left again.

Opening times: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm except Wednesdays 10.30am - 4.30pm Telephone - 020 7472 6446 or 0207 7981435 depending on the service.
