Epilepsy Action is committed to creating a world without limits for people with epilepsy.

We want everyone to feel able to reach out to us for information and support and for us to have a positive impact on their lives. We are here whether you be living with epilspsy yourself, or its your frieind, family member, someone you care for or work alongside. We also provide support and information for heatlh professionals and campaign for improved health outcomes and changes in attitudes towards epilepsy.

We aim to be the number one provider of up to date, evidence based and accredited information on epilepsy with interactive tools to empower people to use our information with health professionals, employers, public services and more. Our helpline is there to answer any questions you may have about epilepsy and while our Talk and Support groups (virtual and in person), befriending services, family support and counselling services provide chances to connect with others and more individual support if needed. Our volunteers, many of whom live with epilepsy themselves, say that volunteering has increased their confidence, provided the opportunity to learn new skills and given them a sense of purpose. Find out more www.epilepsy.org.uk/volunteer

As well as campaigning to improve epilepsy services and raise awareness of the condition, we offer assistance to people in a number of ways including a national network of branches, accredited volunteers, regular regional conferences and freephone and email helplines.
