Provides information, advice, referral guidance and support. Interpretation and translation service for issues surrounding housing, welfare rights, immigration, asylum, naturalisation, nationality and citizenship, health-related issues, education, resource centres, meeting rooms, social clubs, training, and employment to Ethiopians and other nationalities in major refugee languages. Physical and emotional support for older people. Information and advice on independent living and self-management for young unaccompanied people leaving foster care and children's homes. Training programmes for the unemployed.
