• First Steps ED is a national mental health and specialist eating disorder charity We support people of all Ages and Genders who are affected by body image, eating difficulties and disorders, autism, and others seeking support for general mental health conditions including addictions, anxiety and depression
• this includes support for parents, partners and families as Carers.

Opening times

Mon to Thu 8am to 8pm Fri 8am to 4pm Sat 10am to 4pm. Befriending available 24/365 over 6 to 9 months.

Target group

Anyone affected by body image, eating difficulties or disorders, addiction, anxiety and depression or wanting more information, or attending our professional CPD training, and attending our skills for Carers development workshops. This includes sufferers, carers, family, friends, partners, professionals and volunteers.
