Guideposts has been delivering high-quality direct services for over 40 years. We provide services to help all people lead independent lives.

We work with people who have mental health issues, dementia, learning disabilities, physical impairments, and their carers and families, to help them make the best possible choices for quality care services.

Your needs and wishes are at the heart of what Guideposts does. This means putting you first. We listen carefully to you to provide the best care, support and information possible. Our vision is of a society where all people are valued and have equality of opportunity.
