About

Hastings and Rother Counselling Service offers a confidential counselling service to people affected by stress, change, disaster or bereavement. It is aimed at people aged 16 years and over on a low income. Other services we offer include: anger management courses, a specialist counselling service for those affected by rape and sexual assault, and counselling for young people (16 - 25) affected by self-harm.

Opening times

1pm - 7pm Monday and Wednesday, and 10am - 7pm Tuesday and Thursday

Access

We do not have disabled access at our main site, but can arrange sessions at another central location that does have wheelchair access
