About

The Chrysalis Counselling project offer a free, confidential counselling service to young people, giving priority to those aged between 13 to 19 years of age living, educated or working in Havering.

Various therapeutic approaches are available.

Counselling can provide a safe, non-judgemental space where an individual can talk freely about themselves and their feelings in confidence.
