About

A service enabling people who for reasons of health or mobility are unable to get to a local library by themselves to receive a delivery of books, story tapes and audio CDs in their own homes. It is operated as a partnership between Sefton Council's Public Library and Information Service and volunteers from the local community. The service is centrally co-ordinated but operates out of individual libraries across the Borough.

Opening times

9.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday to contact Home Visits Service, though individual libraries are open outside of these.
